This is not you typical 53131A; It is loaded with not only Option 124 (12.4 GHz C channel) but also Option 001 (Ovenized Time Base) and Option 060 (Additional rear connectors).

Although the 53131A and 53132A have become common on eBay, I doubt you will see another 12gHZ unit.

This instrument is in mint condition both physically and electrically. I believe it is just over a year old so it should still have two more years of standard warranty. I have not checked with Agilent on whether this counter has an extended warranty.

If you are unfamiliar with this instrument the Agilent 53131A has frequency resolution of 10 digits per second, 500ps time interval resolution and a complete set of test and analysis features. This counter offers 2 channels up to 225MHz and a third channel that measures from 200MHz to 12.4GHz. This third channel option (#124) can measure signals from -23dBm to +13dBm making it the highest frequency universal counter offered by Agilent. Also included in this current product is the medium stability ovenized time base option (#001) and rear panel connector option(# 060). the medium stability oven offers temperature stability of > 2x10^-7, and an aging rate of > 2x10^-7 per month.

Channels one and two have selectable input impedance of 1ohm or 50ohm. Measurements include frequency, time interval, ratio. Phase angle, totalize, peak voltage, pulse parameters and more. A single key stroke recalls up to 20 different stored front panel setups, making this one of the easies counters to use for repetitive measurement.
